Minimum order charge
The minimum total order for credit card purchases is $10.00, excluding postage fees.
Payment options
We accept Visa and MasterCard via our secure check out. Scrap Fever Credit Card payments are processed in real time via eWAY. This website supports Secured Sockets Layer based transactions (SSL) from a browser to a level of at least 128 bits.
For cheques and money orders, please make these out to Scrap Fever.
We also accept EFT/direct deposit. You will be notified of our bank details via email once your order has been processed. Orders will be sent once the funds have been cleared.
Dispatch Times
Orders will be dispatched within one working day of payment being cleared. Orders will be sent via Australia post.
Delivery Times
Within Australia: You should expect to receive your goods within 14 days of placing your order.
International Orders: You should expect to receive your goods within 28 days of placing your order.
Shipping Prices
Within Australia: There is a flat rate $6.50 for an order under $75.00 (excludes all bulky items). Shipping for orders over $75.00 will be shipped FREE of charge (excludes all bulky items).
At scrap fever you can also ask to have your parcel registered at a cost to you of $2.70.
International Orders: Shipping costs for international orders are based on the following price structure:

Cancellations
Cancellations will only be accepted prior to the order being dispatched, which is usually within one working day of payment being cleared. Cancellations can be requested via email or phone.
Returns / Damaged stock
Any damaged stock must be returned in its original packaging with 7 working days for a full refund.
